Hi Spazpilot,

I also have TT kit with the Stillen "PIG" exhaust . I am curious what you are expecting the ECU Mod to help you with? What are the goals?

IMO the Borla is the best option..Sounds good, looks good, not heavy..I mean after all why not trust the guys that just do exhaust parts, all the domestic guys cant be wrong!!
Hey isnt Skiddazzle from TX too??That means TX is gonna have 2 TT beasts???NOT FAIR man!!Good luck and cant wait for the Dyno's!!!
3 TT's in TX, and one has 450 RWHP, dynos tomorrow!

Sweet Set Up Spaz, I am over in Frisco. Are you doing the install yourself? Need any help?
My daily driver G35 needs this set up.

I am not sure if you are aware of this but our TT kit came with no kind of timinig fix. I am not planning on keeping my kit at the 5.7psi boost, so I had to address this issue. Instead of running ecu upgrades and adding a piggyback with a new remap, I decided to let some experts do my tuning. I went out and bought a set of the 380cc injectors and will run TS turbo ecu for fuel and timing for a 8.0-8.5psi setting. Once installed and running I will make a long car drive there and have them fine tune it. I am not big on cutting harnesses for injectors or the emange if I can go a cleaner route. Its simpler and less likely for stuff to go wrong. Everthing may change if I can't get this to work but my goal is to run a low 400rwhp. Please do talk to your tuner if you decide to go with more boost. There is no timing adjustment and the kit could get as ugly as the ati kit if your planning on boosting much above 6psi. CJ

Sorry no hydrolic lift just jack stands. As for how hard, I will let you know. I have experienced with turbos on my 97 eclipse turbo, but I know this car is a different beast. from the instructions doesn't seem to bad if you know what you are doing. Good thing is that I do have lots of tools including an air compressor for the bolts that don't want to come off easy

Good luck on your install, you have lotsa of goodies over there. I'm also doing my install on my own and it's a pain in the ****... The engine bay is so tight and hard to manuever around. But luckily, I think I got most of the hard stuff done. The turbo manifolds, turbos, wastegates, down-pipes, new oil pan are all up and now it's only a matter of the piping, wiring the the e-manage and hanging the FMIC.

I'm keeping the 420cc RC injectors and too bad they didn't make it fit to the stock wiring harness. Such a pain to cut and solder a new harness.

I will also be keeping the e-manage for now. I will enjoy the 5.6 psi for a while then work on pushing more boost. I think I will be happy when I have 400 RWHP but only time will tell.

Additional stuff i'm putting in:

Nismo catback
NGK Iridium
Blitz Turbo Timer

I agree that if you are planning to boost higher level please everyone look into some sort of timing control.

XBS:

wanted to run the TS ECU upgade and they don't have a map for the 440 injectors. Also trying to not chop up my wire harness.

TXREFI:

Bought every single product from a different supply. It was who ever was cheaper
