Default Procharger install Problem,PLEASE HELP ME

Hello,I recently bought a procharger for my 03 and am having one hell of a time trying to get the compressor exit hose routed properly.I' ve tried adjusting(clocking) the housing, but no matter what the hose either exits into the headlight bracket type thing or it goes straight into the frame.I got it close but it's still kinked quite abit and there's no way that's how it's supposed to be!?!
I've tried searching, googling etc and am getting quite frustrated.Anyone that knows the soltuion please get back to me through pm or just post here.

Thank you in advance

The best thing may be to contact Procharger's service. If you can email the rep pics, that may be make things easier. It may be something as simple as the wrong hose was accidentally packed in your kit.

I have always had great service with them, but I typically drive to their shop.

Thanks for the reply,I definetly have the right coupler/hose.I've even tried another one with a sharper angled one but even that one gets kinked.I will contact procharger, but would still like to hear from anyone that has gone through this.
Would love to get this road block out of the way!!

Could you post a picture of it? That might help us figure out where the issue is coming from.

I never had any issues with mine routing correctly. I mean, I trimmed a few things here and there for better clearance, but it certainly wasn't blatantly an issue.

Like IBIP, my kit doesn't have any issues with fitment. Pics would be a lot of help.

^ i don't see how it could be hitting the headlight housing. On my G35 its quite far away from the headlight. Maybe you have the wrong type of bent connector. Off the compressor it should be a 45 degree bend about 3" length on each side of the bend and should be facing straight downward under the headlight once the bend is on if its clocked correctly.

Nope certainly not.The bracket is in the right position, the compressor is in the right position, and I've clocked it as best I can. With the said 45 degree angled hose it gets kinked where it touch the headlight "bracket".I will take some pics when I get a chance. But, I am certain that there are others that have gone through this!
I have a feeling I will have to trim the back of the headlight bracket in order to get proper fitment. I may also have to trim a small piece of the pinched portion of the frame in order to get the silicone coupler to connect to the compressor.

Thanks

it shouldnt even be close to the headlight housing. if anything it should be close to the frame and a/c lines. if its clocked correctly, once the 45 degree silicon bend is on, the open end should be facing almost directly towards the ground.

i'm having the exact same issue as descriped. The procharger is almost hitting the frame, and still my 45 degree bend is hitting the frame of the headlight bracket..

I've tried to trim the hose and turn the housing and everything, still no luck

You should take it all off the car, put it back in the box, and send it to me.

I'll verify if it fits and will report back, I swear.

The least I'll do is put up pictures... :P

looks like the elbow is not far enough onto the procharger. its not easy to push it on more, but it should be pushed on until the bend occurs immediately after the supercharger, no 1" straight spot between the supercharger outlet and the actual bend, and that should fix it.
