Default 06 Greddy twin setup heat issue

I have a fully built 2006 de motor with a greddy twin 20g setup up and I'm having heat issues. The temp gauge is fine but everything is super hot and my coolant overflow tank filled up. Both fans work and thermostat opens as it should. What could this be?

And I have arp l19 head studs so I doubt I lifted my heads.

do you have an oil cooler?
are you running the stock radiator or do you have one with larger capacity?
when was the last time you bled the coolant system?
does the overflow fill up suddenly after you turn off the car?
