Great news! I did some data logging on my way home and came to the conclusion it is 100% my A/F ratio that is causing the issue. It idles and revs in the 13.5-14.8 range but literally the second i hit 1psi of boost it drops to... wait for it.... 10!!!!! No wonder my car literally stalls when i build boost.. its flooding.. now i just need to figure out if its my MAF or the tune...

 

Oil blowing on the MAF will cause that.

Okay guys got new housing and it ran for a day fine then started smoking again. Took it apart and once again the hot side gasket was blown. So replaced it and worked for half a day and smoking again. So I'm thinking I have a issue with my oil return system. I'm using a boost doctors pump to get it back to my oil pan. All the lines are braided stainless steel and I know I used -4 (1/4) for feed line and (5/8) I forgot if that's -10 or -8 but that should be good right? I know some people don't even use return pumps.. is there any way to reduce oil pressure?

Well i mean the oil feed fange on my turbo has a hole the size of a needle.. so im not sure how its even possible i could be gettng too much oil pressure in my turbo when the hole is that small
