Default Turbonetics inconsistent boost help!

Hey guys! So I finally got the z done " 2003 base" and brought it to my tuner... The kit makes 10.01psi 1st,2nd,3rd gear and jumps to 12.10 psi 4th,5th,6th over 5k when I bought this kit from another member on this forum last winter he said it had the 7 psi installed. Any suggestions? My tuner said I could either ditch the 38mm Turbonetics wg and go with a 44mm trial or try to find a different spring! Anyone else had this issue with the Turbonetics kit? I know with the poor positioning of the waste gate people usually spike to around 9psi with the 7 psi spring
Here's a quick run down of what I'm running with my setup:

Turbonetics st 60-1 bb
CJM stage-1 return kit
550 precision injectors
Deuatch work 300 pump
Aem tru boost......which we unhooked to make sure it wasn't sticking and causing high boost, but no change
Uprev
thanks in advance for your help, and yes the search button was used many times to try to figure this out! Lol

its just boost creep. bigger gate or repositioned 38mm would probably fit it. Otherwise put in smaller spring and tune for the creep.

My tuner pulled timing out to get the who/tq numbers down to be safe but told me to try to stay under 5k in the three top gears... Which kinda sucks cause I am usually on the highway with it!

On my TN replica kit(Godspeed) I am using a Emusa wastegate with a 5psi Tial spring. Hits about 7-7.5psi consistently in higher gears, but even with my kit I get 7psi in all gears

Ok so here an update but not successful.... So ordered a new spring from treadstone, I got a 5lbs spring, when I took apart the wastegate the spring inside was about 3 times the thickness of the new 5 lbs spring, and it was marked with red, which treadstone doesn't even list a red spring as an option! So I put it back together and test drove it, it hold steady at 5.5-5.7 psi until 5k then shots up to 12.01 again....and I don't see a boost spike being that much, maybe 9-10 which is fine with me cause I plan to run mid 9 psi....any more suggestions and it does the same thing with and without the Aem tru boost hooked up

How are all your lines hooked up?

Right off the turbo should go straight to the bottom of wastegate and nothing T'ed off that.

After TB to MAP/Boost gauge

Yes I have it off the outlet of the turbo, but it is also t'd to the tru boost,I only did it that way because that's why Turbonetics said to do! Bov, boost gauge off the manifold.
How do I hook up the tru boost?

Put a solid line no t's right to the wastegate. There should be no problem with a 38mm wastegate with the 60-1 turbo

No boost controller and no you don't T it off the BOV line...See if there is no spike with only wastegate spring involved
