vortech build, serious problem.
Hey everyone did some research and couldn't find help. I have a 03 track model got the whole bottom end re built balanced, machined, rods, pistons, bearings, studs, etc. The heads were machined and cleaned up. New jwt flywheel and clutch, aermotive 340lph fuel pump, treadstone IC, 2.62 pulley plus all the other things like 600ccinjectors etc. Put about 1600 miles on built motor never boosted or wot. Changed oil after 500 miles and 1200 miles. 2 days ago threw random code p0300 random misfire. Then it went away. Yesterday same code and also a p011 and p0021,... this came after I started my car in the morning and it barely started. Idle was rough..low then high then leveled off. Went driving and car stalled 3 times, all low rpms and deceleration. After 3rd stall took a bit to get it restarted. Mechanic was out of town and he said try replacing crank shaft sensor, did and real no improvement. Keep in mind no tune or dyno done, that was happening today. So went down to the shop to get tuned, had to Rev up the motor while slowing down to keep from stalling. The car now dies once u put the clutch in, couldn't even tune, horrible idle goes up and then down randomly, and there is a horrible wood sounding knock in the motor... any ideas.
Trying to give as much info as possible. They said the cam timing, intake timing,.af ratio, all that stuff was in line and good, only problem showed very high knock retard, knocking sound in motor, and engine dies when clutch engaged unless revd at same time....
I am no mechanic, and my tuner couldn't find a dead give away.
Need help please

I had a P0306 with the procharger kit and it was my cam shaft position sensor - had both of them replaced and it fixed it. If they are confident that intake and timing are in-check and think it may be the crank shaft position sensor I would check that out first thing seeing that it could possibly be the easiest sensor to replace (bottom drivers side of the bell housing)
I would either try to borrow one from a fellow Z owner to swap in and out, find a junk yard and get one from there or try to find an OEM or OE equal locally.
