Can you send me the link to where you got your BOV?

As str8 said, as long as your atmospherically dumping it will make noise. So the more rpm you put in, the more air you will dump, and the louder it will be.

But you could always try a synapse bov or a tial knock off. I have a 50mm tial knock off made by RPS. Works pretty well, esp for the price. They stand behind that BOV as well. Like the way it sounds on the cars I've seen withit.

Try the Vortech Race Blow Off Valve. My friend who has a SC'd mustang has switched to it from his Tial Q after he got annoyed of the Tial. It's a bit quieter, but the stock BPV is by far the most mellow sounding IMO...

Like everyone else said, you're dumping all the air from the SC out of the valve, it has to make noise one way or another.

You could get a tial qr and recirculate it to the Intake pipe.
