My fix was higher idle at 1250rpm and a richer idle target (.95 lambda/14.0afr) which the maf sensor sees enough airflow to keep the injectors pulsing. Idle is fine and hot/cold starting is fine, no issues.
Yes, my numbers are literally with 13°-15° timing, I'm running 19° now so I am for sure making more than 500, and I still have more to go. I would like to see how close I can get to you in power with the same pulley setup but ultimately the end game is to upgrade the blower next year and it doesn't make sense to buy injectors twice imho.

No updates atm, was supposed to get on the rollers earlier this month but I'm on vacation. Plans for the first part of next year is to get the Treadstone TR1245, run a velocity stack at the blower to get better airflow and possible gain some more boost, and retune with e85 again. Then later on, sell my V3 and purchase a V2 Ti Trim round the summertime.

Somewhat of an update on the Z. Haven't really been buying parts, just tweaking my tune here and there. I am moving to South Carolina for my new Duty station in about a month, and also purchasing a new home for my family there, so all my focus is on prepping to leave Texas unfortunately. Good news is there is a lot of reputable shops around that part of the country, Dynosty, Z1 to name a few, within driving distance.
I know I said I wanted to upgrade to the Ti trim blower and retire my V3, but I am currently now looking for a V7 YSi now and plan on getting CJM Twin Pump. I still plan to use E85 as my fuel of choice. I'll be sure to update on here when I start buying everything.

Welp, I work fast. With everything going on with preperations to move, I was able to get a sweet deal on a V7 YSi Supercharger Kit + a TR1245 from a-town204 here on the forum for a killer deal! The kit will be shipped out to me by the end of the week. All I need is the CJM Twin Pump and I will hopefully be set for more power in the later months after moving to SC.

YSi kit came in today. Will take more pictures tomorrow and upload. The piping is all 3 inch and came with a custom intake with a filter I will replace with one that flows better. Impeller spun freely with no issues.

This is the entire kit with all pipes, bolts, couplers, pulleys, some Timrod Strut Brace pieces, Treadstone 1245 intercooler welded with the front crash bar. Came with a Tial BOV as well, the same one I run currently with my V3.
Some things that need to be addressed: New Air filter that will flow more air than the one currently installed, Pulleys on the mounting bracket have normal amount of belt residue that needs to be cleaned off, and I need to figure out the layout of the Timrod Brace and how to properly install it. Also since this is an engine oil fed blower, I will need to tap my oil pan in preperations for it to be installed.
Other than that, this is a pretty good kit, as I stated in the last post the impeller and blower spins and operates normally with no odd noises and no apparent volume contact. Very happy with it.
