Default APS Single turbo HR Conversion | Fuel pressure

Hi forum,

I'm in the middle of converting a APS single turbo from a DE to add to my HR nismo. I have a question regarding fuel pressure. I would like to upgrade the fuel pump to a Walbro 255, but keep the stock fuel lines and fuel rail. Is there a replacement AFPR for the stock position that will allow a 1:1 when boost is added? I have the APS provided injectors (not sure what the flow rate is)

I'm shooting for 380/400wHP.

You need a fuel return system for this, as the OEM FPR is in the fuel tank, and a part of the fuel pump basket/assembly.

For your power goals, there is no need for it.

You will also have issues making any kind of decent power with that kit, as it has a very small T3 frame turbo. HR's like big turbines, and with that unit, you will have serious flow issue.

So no need for a FPR at all? Or the walbro?

Any recommendations? On a turbo or set up? Believe it or not, I commented on your HR single turbo kit, but I believe I was too late when you had some up for sale. Anything you were saving for a special occasion?

I will have two HR kits ready to ship by next weekend.

These are $7,300 + shipping and PayPal for complete turn key kits, including 340lph fuel pump, 750cc injectors, UpRev tuner, and a triple ceramic ball bearing oil-less turbo from COMP turbo.

.... And the reason why I'm converting a used APS ST kit. I'm sure the quality is out of this world, but infigure I would be in at 10k after install+tune. I'm trying to do it at 5k. :-(

Marriage and kids... Sigh.
