Default New Twin Turbo rebuild.

So after 3 sets of Greddy manifolds ( IE chinese dim sum pot metal manifolds) I had these made by a company here in Austin. I ran these last April at the Big Bend Open Road Race and a huge difference in performance over the log manifolds. Z has been making right at 600 to the tire for the last 10 years. During the race the passenger turbo grenaded and after getting the car back home a leak test and compression test showed it was time to rebuild. Forged Performance rebuilt the block and heads with Arias pistons, Manley H-beams, a full Ferrea valvetrain and all ARP hardware. Turbos are currently at Boostlab being rebuilt and upgraded to 20G's. A new fuel pump will be added to the mix and am hoping for about 750 to the tires..so we shall see.
I have raced the Big Bend race every year since 2008 with sustained speeds over 135 mph for 59 miles in two legs. read all about it at BBORR.com I can tell you from experience that the "pathfinder cooling mod" definitely works. I am running a koyo radiator and have been able to keep temps down while running these speeds. I am planning on venting the hood as well.
The company that made these for me is putting a price together to make another friend a set and I can share that if anyone is interested. Just wanted to share these manifolds...probably the best mod yet.

Nice … definitely document your progress.

Thanks for reaching out for the greddy manifolds. I would tell you don't be surprised if you get minimal interest as the greddy kit isn't as popular as it used to be.

750 seems a bit optimistic for even the 20g but I hope you get it! were you running E85? What other modifications do you have on your car? (Feel free to link a build page if you have one).

plan on $2500 to $3000 ... Youre looking at $300 to $500 in materials, plus hours and hours of a welder/fabricators time.

those manifold are nice. I was wondering when someone was gonna make a set like that. I guess the greddy kit isnt as popular as it was years ago and the cost of them is too high
