Default Mid mount turbo leaking oil...HELP

Hello, after having problem with leaking oil from turbo (both sides) and trying anything to solve the problem I am begging for help.
The setup has Garrett gtx3582r turbo, Turbowerx Exa pump base model, an4 oil feed and an6 return to pump and from pump to engine ( based on boost performace kit), reservoir under the turbo (not vented), turbosmart pressure regulator on oil feed, and check valve on return after pump. I already tried everything to solve he problem, but it is still leaking oil. There is no oil smoke at start, not at idle, but when I start to drive, the Z is like locomotive.
Can someone please help me since I am really in the dead end with solutions.
I include picture with the setup.

Garrett recommends an oil restrictor AND a max psi of 45 at full rpm.
That pressure regulator only lower pressure to 40psi, but does not restrict the flow from what I've read.

Yes, I am also running 1 mm restrictor.
About week ago, I was experimenting with various return setups and after one start and lite drive there was lot of oil in intake pipe from turbo to IC, so I cleaned it all and put smaller lines to pump and oil reservoir and also oil pressure regulator, than I started the car, let it run for about 15 minutes and than I disconnected the pipe from to turbo to IC and It was completely free of oil. I thought that I solved the problem. However I was not able to clean the catalytic so today I went for a little drive ( maybe 5km) and it was smoking like crazy. I thought that there is lot of oil in exhaust after previous setup but I to be sure I unplugged the pipe from turbo to IC and oil poured out of the pipe. But it really doesn't make sense why was the pipe clear after idling fo 15 minutes and now there was an oil in it.

Seeing that there was no excess oil problem with the engine at idle, it would be worth while comparing idle oil flow with road speed type revs flow. You could have a higher rev excess oil flow problem.

I was thinking about oil backing up after engine shut off since the oil in engine is the same level.

These are tricky because … of … gravity …

I suspect you are feeding oil / pressurized oil and you are not evacuating oil at the same rate … meaning you are pushing more oil in to the turbo, and the sump box and the pump can evacuate and get back to the pan. And thus, it pushes past your seals.

Another issue that I’ve seen are how are you returning oil to the pan? Many people use oil pan spacer and there is oil in the pan (obviously) and it adds resistance to oil being returned to the pan … I stopped relying on oil pan spacers and drilled into the pan (up a few inches above the oil pan) and used a bulk-head fitting or a welded fitting (when the pan has been off).

Where is your pump located? Pumps (typically) are very good at ‘pushing’ oil but are inefficient at ‘pulling / vacuuming’ oil … so if your pump is mounted relatively high, than it’s not going to work as well. Try to relocate your pump as low as realistically possible.

Other issues could be excessive crank case pressure - how is your PCV plumbed? If you have pressure in your crankcase than it could provide resistence to oil being returned.

Oil is feeded from oil pressure sensor through the T fitting. The return is into the oil spacer. The oil pump is located under the drivers headlight. The pcv is ventilated into the atmosfhere. Everything is done according to boosted performance kit whith added oil pressure regulator.
Did you have some case when the car was smoking and you changed the location of oil return from spacer to pan which solved the oiling issue? I am opened to every possible solution wich can help.
One more thing, I recently changed from Maxspeedingrods turbo to Garrett. With Maxspeeding the car was smoking very little but I had check valve after the sump tank but an10 lines. Now with Garrett I removed check valve (yeasterday I added but not tried) and replaced an10 with an6 lines and there was not single drop of oil in the intake after 20 minut idle. Next day, the turbo and intake pipe was "flooded" with oil but the oil level in pan did not move. Can It be oil backing from lines back to turbo since I experied the same thing after first start with maxspeeding without check valve after sump tank? I don't have delay relay installed yet

How about addressing all the possibilities that have been mentioned above and checking all of them. Your problem has to be almost certainly be one of them.

Something must be wrong, but my head doesn't get it why Boosted Performance kit is working without smoking and mine not since the turbo oiling is the same.

Yea - the problem went away when I removed the restriction on the oil pan … and this was a on a greddy twin kit with no pumps …

I suspect you’ll solve this problem by drilling & bulkhead fitting the oil pan and relocate your pump so that the inlet & outlets are close to the floor of the car (or a little above).

The AN10 to AN6 line swap could be problematic, Most return / scavendge lines I see are -10 but keep it how it is for now and reconfigure how you return oil to the pan.

I would keep the check valve installed

I pulled out the pump and tried to pump oil from one pan to another. The rate for one minute was 1 liter which is faar from what it should be pumping. The question is should I buy Exa pump ? Now I have Spartan model which is not gear pump but membrane type pump.

My Mid mount also leaks when letting it sit for a while. I had to clock my turbo where the drain of the oil block on the turbo is pointed downward and that seems to have helped but, what helped me the most was the one way valve in the oil feed. It prevents oil from draining from the oil pan into the turbo.
