Custom flat idler for Vortech TIMROD belt layout
Hey guys,
Currently in the process of making a custom flat billet aluminum idler for the timrod belt layout for a vortech DE. I had a machined idler pulley break on me and want to create a more durable / reliable option. It'll be plug and play where the current OEM pulley mounts. It will be flanged like OEM, but have a much thicker wall (0.16") for strength.
What belt setups are you guys running? And at what psi? Show some pics!
