My 8 psi setting gets 404 rwhp and 383 rwtq. I need a better clutch to handle this power and would like some input on what clutch would be best for the power, but yet still streetable. I've seen some OS Geiken's fail so any contenders around $1500 to $2000?
Thanks in advance.

I've got a carbon triple disk ATS 1300kg. ATS USA talked me out of the 1600kg disk. Unfortunatly the motor had to come back apart so I only got about 30 minutes worth of time on it. Overall impresion, the clutch isn't as much of a light-switch as I had thought it might be. The reduced weight of the rotating assembly is very noticable.
Installation w/ the ATS is much less a PITA than the Exedy option. ATS's hub drive makes the transmission alignment much easier than the multi-disk Exedy setup.
BTW, price $2550 for the triple disk.

Well, I don't know about with this car. But I had really good luck with a "clutch master" with my SS camaro. And it was a stage III! A lot of high performance clutches tend to have clutch chatter, the clutch master didn't. It is an awesome clutch (at least for the f-body). When it's time to change my clutch on my G, I'm definetly going to give clutch master a try(I guess I'll be the guinea for this clutch, since I havent seen anyone with a "G" or a "Z" use on yet. I'll report when I do on this board

I have a clutchmaster stage 4 clutch. It is a sprung hub 4 puck clutch. Very easy to drive and does not slip at all compared to my OS Giken that lasted 6 weeks. For the price this is a great clutch, and given your numbers, you should be way safe. Good luck Yancy!
I might be looking for a clutch after fitting me vortech. I'm not into standing starts or dragging, but the clutchmaster looks like a definate future purchase.
Oh, by the way ACP, you car looks absolutely superb!!!!

Just kidding..The ATS clutches are really nice. But yeah they are expensive as hell. I wonder what JWT has made for the Z.

Thanks for the input so far guys. Tim, that clutchmaster stage 4 clutch is looking sweet for the price. How long have you had it in and how does it feel? Does it slip at all when your driving the **** out of it or does it grab consistently. Maybe I can save some money on this deal by going with a clutchmaster and use the other $ to buy some other things like body parts. Thanks again.
Is the Exedy carbon ovekill for 400hp? Not being saracastic here..but just curious if there are other effective street clutches for less money other than clutchmaster?

Hey!
I have the JWT Clucth kit (with Flywheel) it can handle 440 rwhp and the pedal is more smooth than the stock one... I'm between my switch from NOS to FI... with the Nos system I put 386rwhp & 407rwtq and put on it a few passes... is great and is less than $1,000.00 with flywheel!
