Default Synthetic?

My car has approx 2600miles on it now. Still on the factory mineral break in oil.
As i have said, I am getting my vortech fitted in the next month. Should i change to synthetic yet??? or put fresh mineral in the car.
Should everything have seated and bedded in yet?
The car has been driven enthusiastically after the break in period
Obviously want the best engine protection for the car when running higher HP numbers.

I'm using synthetic. Started using at 2600 miles. Runs great, but if Im lucky, then this Saturday I will find out how great since I am trying to get it dyno'd. My car is stock except for the synthetic. I don't expect to see a HP gain, just getting a baseline on my car before I start modding.

Later!

i was thinking that all our z's would be in the same ball park before the mods so what ever your dyno says i think my car would be about the same. any comments?
