Default Problems with Greddy TT install

I have run into a couple of problems while installing the kit. These include

1. 4 factory bolts used to hold down the fuel rail are not long enough to use when the 4 new aluminum Greddy spacers are used to make enough room for the 440 cc injectors. The only grab about 2 threads. Not enough to make me secure with their ability to keep the injectors and rail in place. I have upgraded to a longer bolt.

2. Upgrade the Greddy supplied hexhead bolts to a higher grade bolt like a grade 5 if possible. I installed my driver side turbo and put the bolts in finger tight. When I went to tighten one of the bolts the head turned right off under maybe 10-15 ft lbs. Because of this the driver side manifold had to come back off and take it to my machine shop to have it removed this morning. They are unsure if it will be possible to get it out without thread damage.
Save yourself a headache and upgrade the dozen bolts before you install.

I am sure there will be other things come up but this is what has happened so far.

That is strange. I had no problems with the fuel rail bolts. And the hardware greddy sends are all stainless steel, very nice bolts. Grade 5 bolts are crap, I would at least use a grade 8. But you want stainless bolts on exhaust manifolds, turbos, or anything else that gets hot.
