seems pretty expensive for a hand held device. In my opinion the ideal A/F device can be mounted and work like a guage, but also have some provisions for data logging.

Yep, I hear it's a decent unit. I was going to setup a group buy for one on another forum. But then I found this one!

http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/zt2/zt2.htm

It's ~$250 for the sensor (Bosch) and the controller without the display. I am going to display it on my e-01 so I can log it with boost + RPM for tuning.

Oh yes it does!

Lambda 1.43 to 0.64 Wideband
AFR 21.0 to 9.5 Wideband
EGT 200C to 1200C
Analog Wideband Output 0 - 5V
Throttle Position 0 -100 %
RPM 0 - 10,000
User Input 0 - 5V

Only one I have found that will log an EGT input, the second most important sensor next to the Lambda sensor!

$279 Zt-2 Bundle.
Includes the Zt-2 Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Meter, Wideband Oxygen Sensor, Sensor harness, Signal Harness and Datalogging Software.

I'm gonna pick this one up asap.

Wow...very impressive device. It makes my AEM wideband look crude and ancient.

Yeah, But I will be displaying the data with my e-01. Last time I checked that LM-1 did not have a display of any kind, It was just photoshoped onto the product image and was supposed to be on their next release of the device.

So there is no problem hooking the wideband into the e-01??

I have not tried it yet. Someone on here did it right? I assume it would work using the analog input.

Agree...gauge looks like poop, but analog output to e01 should work the same, right? Otherwise, logging is viewable with the labtop.

Looking forward to seeing how the zeitronix works out for ya.

Actually, now that I look at it, you must carry around a laptop to log with the Zeitronix.:slant:

That gets old real quick.

Yeah, but you'll still have to have one for "on-the-fly" tuning and eManage or SS box anyways. An AFC like an Apexi S-AFC, Fields, etc., wouldn't though.

I like the LM-1 "push button to record" vs. playing with the mouse/keyboard on the Zeitronix. That's a PITA and requires pulling over each time like my OBD scanner. I'd rather get 2, 3, 4 runs recorded and then go home, download the data, and analyze until I go cross-eyed to see if I can find/adjust anything.

I'm more of a record a few runs, go home, analyze for days/weeks/months, kind of guy. Tuning on the fly is kind of scary withOUT being in a controlled environment like on a dyno, but I'm a wussy.

etx,

My aem wideband will arrive on friday. I am also going to be hooking it into the e-01 for viewing. I will let you know how it goes, and take some pictures if you'd like.

Default Any news on this?

Bump for more info.

I am thinking about getting the Zeitronix nt-2 unit myself since it's the cheapest datalogging unit I have been able to find. The LCD display they sell looks crappy in my opinion, but I just e-mailed them to find out if they have a regular round gauge available. They said that they are working on one now.

etx, did you ever get one? If so, wow's it working for you?
