PS::: NO I WILL NOT INSTALL YOURS
Hi wld350z, glad to see you are making some progress. I installed my kit for about 2 weeks in my garage 3 hours a night and more on the weekend and that was a pain. I have to agree with your statement. Even if someone pays me for install.

NO I WILL ALSO NOT INSTALL YOURS

Can't wait to see your pics. Let me know if you have any questions. GQ knows how to reach my cell.

Quick update:

Just got off the phone with Wild350Z. He is ALMOST done. The injectors are installed, everything is buttoned back up.

All that is left is to wire the eManage to the ECU, and install that missing compressor elbow that greddy is sending him tomorrow. If all goes well, Tony plans to fire up the car by Thurs night or Friday!

yeah...the driver's side downpipe adaptor is definately not correct. Mine and 350nows also hit the frame rail upon install. No worries...a little heat and leverage and everything lined up real nice.

Someone should be shot for calling this kit "Bolt-On"...LOL

wld350z, you're almost there. I would not dare touch another install for this kit. Like you mentioned to me, you now have battle scars to prove it. I finished my install 2nd week of February and my scars are still visible. They are slowly going away though

Give me a call if you have any questions, and I'll try my best to help out.

350Now...for a battle install veteran..you always seem to smile and have such a good attitude about installing the kit. I think we can compare self-install of the Greddy kit as being on par with fighting a pack of angry pitpulls.....with rabies....and on steriods. Actually, I think the Greddy kit might be even more dangerous...both mentally and physicallyl!

Now I know why SP Engineering charges $3000 for install.....becuase its probably the only way they can even break even!

Tony...you the man! Have I told you that already! Just got off the phone with him again, and the ONLY thing left is to wire the ECU...which should take under an hour.

Oh, and apprarently, Tony has fabricated a tool that will allow me to remove my down-pipe adaptor and change out the wastegate gaskets without killing myself. So we just might do ANOTHER DIY partial removal/re-install of the difficult parts of the greddy kit. Anyone wanna watch?? We are selling tickets for $5.....$10 for a front row seat...hehe...

No sense of having a sour mood as that doesn't help anybody. Only positive thoughts i'm more of the half full kind of guy .

It is fighting a pack of something to get this thing in. Now you know why I choose to have Eric work on my gaskets.

What kind of tool is this?

Just spoke to Tony...i feel like Tony's attorney or somthing....

He decided to do the guages and stuff before wiring the eManage. So now that all the guages are done, he is going to do the ECU wiring today/tonight. We should be ready to fire it up this evening!!! I will be at Tony's house tomorrow morning at 9am...so I will take some new pics and post.

Yup just spoke to Tony about 15 mins ago. He is starting to wire up the E-manage harness and should be able to fire it up tonight. Another Greddy TT beast will come to life.
