MY NIGHTMARE is over its 8 pm saturday nite i finished it at about 2:30 today
i tryed to start it last nite but i keep getting a MAS error code. it would just idle and every time i put my foot on the gas it would fall on its face. but everything else was fine
today i was looking at GQs car and noticed that the STUPID person who installed this kit made one small mistake he put the
MAS SENSOR in backwards ( what a dip sh** he is) but owell it runs great and so far no problems amy and GQ will post some more pics iam sure
i figure it took about 51 1/2 hrs not including all the bit*hing i was doing

MAS-----should be MAF sensor

I know Tony..who the hell would install it backwards...it has a freaken arrow on it.

 

Glad to hear it was resolved Tony. I thought there could be 3 things, MAF sensor is incorrectly installed, Error code had to be reset, or the wiring to the e-manage was wrong. But glad to hear it was an easy flip of the MAF sensor housing.

 

o well thats what happens when you get old you can see well next it will be hummm sh** i forgot whats next
