the jackshaft bolthead on my new pulley seems to have a slight (very) warble to it.////
it seems tight, but it cant be good that it's not spinning true (conversely, the pulley body behind the bolt IS spinning true....
help??

new info::
seems there's ever-so-slightly a pulse (and i mean slight... you havat know to look for it!!) with the key and this pulley.... its jus a RCH amount of tolerance between the groove and the key...
the good news is that the pulley spins true as it gets.....
i retensioned the gilmer belt guide, and found that makes a HUGE difference in compressor sound....
i dont think it's supposed to be very tensioned (beyond just pushing down on it evenly, then tightened), as the entire assembly (and BOV, subsequently) is MUCH MUCH quieter than if i leaned hard on the tensiuoner before tightening....
does this make any sense?? hope so...
anyway, the ECU seems to have awakened, and all i can say now is
HOLY SH#T!!!! the new pulley makes this thing pull ALOT harder (ALL thru the lower rpm's) than the oem pulley...
granted, im not going above 4-5lbs of boost until im remapped, but anyway..... its NIGHT and DAY....... i feel like the car just lost 800 lbs of weight....
no joke....
bring on the dyno... bring it on!!
