Im getting the install next week........finally. So after roaming and reading ive got myself a hitlist of things that i want my installer to do:
1) upgrade fuel line clamps to proper screw down hose clamps.
2) upgrade fuel t fittings to ???
3) lock down the cog bolt with lockwasher as per mcducks recommendation
4) upgrade vaccuum lines to ?? inside diameter.
5) Maybe Tig weld in the oil tap into the pan .
anything i missed? I want to make sure anything thats easier to do now is done. Thanks in advance.

BOV FILTER, WITH DENSE FOAM INSERTS
(set bov threads to ~6 above jamnut)
312 (max dia) PULLEY with 93" (max length) belt..look for gatorback, ideally (kit comes with 333 pulley and too-long 93.5")
DONT OVERTENSION cog belt... keep it loose, or you'll get excess noicse/strain on the compressor driveshaft... the sound is the dead give-away that its too tight!!
ADD CC VENTFILTER and plug oem filter base so as to remove crank fumes recirculating thru the compressor... re-route CC ventfilter to front of radiator and secure w/ ziptie
...... just a few lil gimmicks i managed to do, that actually worked very well......
enjoy the experience; it REALLY makes the car..... (regardless of the type of blower, it is a mod that actually m,akes the car go as fast as it looks...)
OH YEAH...
LAST MOD::::
DOCUMENT THE INSTALL AND POST PICS HERE FREQUENTLY..... (& BUY FLOWERS FOR SOON-TO-BE-PISSED-OFF WIFEY!!)

Is there anything tricky on the install that i should tell my installer.They are a well regarded turbo shop but have not done a vortech kit before. They assure me that it is no problem, and i have seen some of their work, very nice. Its not like they are new to this, they have done one off superchargers before, eg: dinan 540 i think he mentioned. Anyways some people have said the instuctions are not up to par, so any little tidbits i can forward to them would be appreciated. I have already printed off a few problems others have posted. One last question, if we use the stock supplied r4 from vortech will i have that fuel cut out at 4400 rpm or is that only when you create a new file program? TIA
