Talking In need of a VORTECH INSTALLER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in desperate need of a Vortech installer for my G35. I have been told many times to use Extreme Automotive, however they wont tune it.

If anyone knows a good installer / tuner in SOCAL .
PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!!

SP Engineering at the City of Industry. http://www.sp-power.com/

They do both install and dyno tune, but expect $$$$.

There is one shop in Cypress who installed my NOS nitrous kit. I can refer you to them or have them give you a call.

If you have any mechanical skills at all...DIY. With exception of "Right Angle Drill" and NPT tap, had all the tools in the garage. Then take it to a tuner with R4 program to adjust fuel.

i would never be able to do it my self, thinking of just bringing it to Extreme Automotive, and just leave tunning stock for a while.

Then later on i can think about tunning, and add 9 pound pully.

The install seams fear, only 1000.

Sean at Extreme won't do you wrong. He does most of our odd jobs and installs for us when we can't make time. Even the employees here take their cars to him.

is there any reason Extreme wont due r4 tunning?

Everyone i speak to at Vortech says, that tunning is bad, and will cause the engine to blow up on the vq35 engine.

I asked if there will be detenation even with mild tunning just to lean out the kit, due to how rich it comes.
They always reply with if u tune, u lose warrenty and might blow ur engine ?

Extreme just doesn't want to get into the Split Second deal. We don't like the customer playing with the settings on the box because you could make a mistake. This is partially why we don't send software with the system. Same thing goes for our other systems that require a chip or a re-flasher, we only like to send one setting. Have you given DC Performance in Los Angeles a call?

They offered to work on it, but i dont know if i want to spend the money to get them up on the learning curve.
