Anyone know the status of this? Last I heard they were looking for a car with a certain emissions code.

 

We never got one. Since the 2005 models will be out soon (if not already) we will most likely look for the 2005 that the ARB tells us we need. If we get the 2005 done, the earlier years should also apply, as they have done it this way in the past.

 

Will you be mailing owners documentation stating that it is CARB approved?

 

We may, since we don't get all the warranty registrations back (I don't know why) we will post news up here and on our website. If at any time you need to know, you can give us a call and we can fax the document to you.
