BTW im running 9 psi now on the dyno. im here in the office letting it cool down. I am gonna stop here I think... the car is pulling so ****in hard on the dyno that its got me scared being that its a stock motor. Really freaking me out right now. I am gonna do one more 9psi pass after it cools down then 9psi is just for the track or a worthy race. I am gonna keep it at 7.5 or 8psi for daily driving like i was doing on the E-Manage.

if someone wants to host my 9 psi dyno graph let me know... my server is still messed up.

Juztin: the FCON is a standalone therefore it does not even consider the factory timing maps, you have to build your own from scratch. I am running about 22 degrees of timing.

phunk,

Just go upload it to cardomain.com and then link it over here. You'll lose a bit of quality/size, but it's usually still readable.

CJM:

Yes - what a difference... We have Zero Smoothing Dyno results with the GTT and Dynojet.. the Up and Down Jitter was very noticable.. GQ at 377Hp months ago... At Reseda Dyno Day..

Smoothing for a "good" read was set to three.. Just to get numbers.

We read your link at.. Smooooth
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=90212

With Zero Smoothing and very awsum numbers.. It appears the
E-Manage is the culprit.. An the limit on the Maximum HP..

Yes - Charles you have found the "Hot Setup" - Maf input problems aside.. ( VDC,TCS Cruise )

Congradulations... Please keep "Tuner Notes" of your findings..

P.S. Don't blow the stock engine.. It's only as stong as it's weakest point.. The Skinny Rods...

Cheers Amy -

P.S.2 - the Street Film at 8PSI.. was helpful.. One can hear the
Blow Off Valve - Ticking at shift.. Very Cool..

no this is not on C16. This was done with 100 octane fuel, and I will probably start running 93 octane in it now that I have the tunability I want.

Default Sans Power Writer

Phunk - can you run without sensor feedback ? IE - no input from the knock or 02 sensors and just run the raw map you have programmed? What is the resolution?
I guess I should re-phrase my question. Can these maps be downloaded "without" the full Power Writer application? For example is there a simple "map-flash" utility that any user can access?

Whoa... I'm going to back to tweaking the computer for more speed. I don't think I can do that with my car... it'll be like an early 4th of July Celebration! :-P
