Default Injector harness part number?

I'm planning to upgrade my injectors. Since I'm going to go with RC injectors I'll need to cut the harness so I thought I'd buy an extra one. Anyone know the part number? I stopped by the local Nissan dealership and they were... uh... no help.

I asked Grubbs about this and they told me its part of the main harness. No replacement available unless you purchase the complete main harness $$$$, they are cutting mine tomorrow for the RC install.

you cut the stock injector harness, and you wire in the RC injector harness. Ask Kyle at SGP racing...there are some Greddy harnesses that are used with the RC injectors...I dont know the part number.

And Steve...we'll be offering those harnesses with the Injector GB. if needed.

I used to have one that I bought from Ravaz. He said he got it off one of the extra motors he has. Perhaps it's not sold separately but it definitely can be removed without cutting.

The injector harness IS a seperate part of the main harness. I purchased it from my Nissan dealer awhile back. It is the correct harness with the injector number tags and everything. You just have to get a good parts guy who knows the parts screen and can find it. The harness has a large green connector that hooks into the main harness. Around $50 if I remember correctly.

I just called SGP Racing and they said they cut the wires to install there’s. Please let me know if you figure something else out.

dfw350z, you definitely have to cut wires to install the injectors. I'm just saying that there is a sub-harness that you can remove (unclip) from the car and that is the only thing that needs to be cut. I'm trying to purchase *just that sub-harness* so that I have an extra one.

It's really much easier to do the soldering of the new injector clips when the harness is off the motor....I think that's why the new harness option was being looked at.

Steve,
Try RPM Nissan in Durham. They are very helpful or atleast better than any of the others around. They have helped me several times with certain things that supposely weren't available. Just tell them about your car and they'll be excited and willing to search for you if you promise to show it off to them one day.

Steve

Check this one out... Part number starts with 24079+A

Don't know what the "+A" is, but they can click on this on their screen.
