U wont need a boost gauge since the e-01 displays boost. U can get one if u plan on adding a gauge pillar so that u dont take ur eyes off the road to look at the e-01(assuming u install it where the navi comparment is)

Supposedly, you can also use the P/W/H Greddy pressure gauge sensor with the e01 to log/display boost.

So, spend $100 on a pressure sensor vs. $185 on the boost gauge that includes it. At least that's how I see it.

The E01 is really hard to read when you're on the road. It's difficult to see the screen and wash out is a big issue.

RSX8600 said it first, the boost controllers do not read quickly or accurately enough. We've had this issue with the HKS EVC, the A'pexi AVC-R, and the Profec. We always recommend a seperate dedicated boost gauge. Something like the Greddy with peak hold and warning or the similiar A'pexi gauges. Better to be safe then sorry!

Hope that helps.

Just reread what I posted and I said it backwards.

What I meant is for only $85 more then getting the boost sensor, you might as well get the Greddy P/W/H boost gauge and have both an analog display with P/H/W and eManages ability to log info all for only $185 total.

Brain .
