Awesome! Congrats on the purchase...I know you've done extensive research on F/I.....good decision.

Any plans to build up the bottom end?

lol well congrats! But if install is scheduled for the 26th, might it have been more prudent to not ship by air? Do you think you would have received it in time? Oh let me shut up, if I were lucky enough to have a Z and a brand new TT kit, I'd have done the same thing...

Plans, yes...

Funds no.

Along with the F/I info I have been picking up all I could on engine build ups so when time and or money permits that's next on the list.

I already need to get LSD and Suspension needs taken care of immediately.

Thanks for your input from before, it was all very appreciated.

Any particular input you'd have on the engine aspect?

Thanks!

The shop I am working with is very busy, and with install like this I am not about to "push" anything. Their next window for installation is the 26th, the other kits aren't even here yet.

This allows me the chance to defintely have the kit.

There are a lot of things that can happen between Australia and a Retail Shelf in the US.

So for me it was worth it.

Stockton? Whelp I don't have any business that direction, but I have gone out to ButtonWillow racetrack which is 2 hours from here and about 2.5 hours short of you.

Next time I head that way, although I don't know when that will be until I am comfortable with the Turbo setup to go track it, but that's about as close as I'll end up, that direction.

I used to live in Turlock, nice to here from the home-towns occasionally.

Thanks for your message

Be sure to let me know when you do your kit, since your engine is built out I'd love to see/know the difference.

Maybe we can met before hand.

I hear ya man! This hobbie gets pretty expensive at time. Enjoy the kit for a while and see how you like it. I am eager to see the dyno's and AF trends with the piggyback unit included with the kit.

For engine information, feel free to PM me anytime. The basic engine build-up is between $5000-$6000 including parts and labor. So start saving now! The pistons and rods are only around $1800 but you'll need a fuel misc parts, and a possible fuel injector upgrade....depending on how much you are looking to make in terms of whp. The rest of the cost is labor.

Cooooo.......l, the Mossy show is after the SEMA show. I'm sure we'll see the lastest and greatest stuff at the Mossy show. The 350 Z is finally coming of age in only 2 years. Can't wait to see all the cars there.
