lol slow civic. My friends civic will smoke yours. He just got it back from the shop, 11.5 on 93 octane gas and street tires. Funny thing is when I am done with my Z, well, he wont stand a chance either.

Civic's are the easiest cars to make go fast. There was a member from HI.com that smoked a modded viper with his civic setup.

There is always a bigger fish.

BTW on the APS website they have their TT Z breaking lose after 1st. soooo... Sux you dont have the cash to make a good looking car go fast...sry man. Get a better job?

 

typical story, "my friends civic " blah, blah, blah. Buddy , open your ears, girl. My civic , this present day will pull on your Z, and my Z will pull on your Z also, because you probably can't drive worth a "bleep". By the time you get your Z modified, i'll have my Z boosted and will smoke you with my Z badd, then jump in the civic and smoke your azz like a pack of "newports". This thread real S U C K at the end of the day fast or slow still a civic . Be real a Z faster or slower will be a better car. A civic is still a Honda, a Z is still a Nissan. That's what a lot of people say when a "cheaper" car is faster. It's easy to get a civic faster than a stock Z. It's also cheap. Slap an APS TT onto the Z and bye bye civic. Like any car, speed cost money and some people don't care to own a fast civic when they can use that money towards the Z or other things.

 

Dont even own a Z yet smart guy. Not sure the Z will be fast enough for what I want. I gotta agree though, I believe you have a fast civic. Only a honda driver spews that much crap in ghetto type. Anyone can make a civic 10 seconds with less then 10k invested. But, when its all said and done, my Turbo Hyabusa will smoke anything you will ever own. Grow up "foo". I doubt by the way you talk you have ever been to a racing school. But, I will back down now because your Grand Master G Dawg Funk Race Master skills are to much for me.

I think Christobal was pretty clear at the beginning of this thread that he was just kidding about the title comment, and that while the Civic may be faster than his stock Z, the Z wins in most other arenas. You can make a big-wheel go fast if you want to, so it's not about which car is better or more capable. I for one am very open about my Z not being the fastest kid on the block, and I rarely answer a challenge to race because I know that there are lots of lighter, faster cars out there (not to mention the fact that it's just dangerous as hell). Of course, like many people I have F/I plans for my car, and that might change things a little, but I'll still acknowledge the fact that there are faster cars out there than mine that I might not consider 'worthy' of the title. Doesn't matter though...fast is fast.

 

You were planning the force feed before or after you bought the car? didn't you test drive the Z before you bought it?
