my install will be done by monday so ill let u know about boost later..i think for e manage runs 6-6.5 boost and i think 1 bov which im putting on the intake pat for below the maf.i got the greddy boost controller..the e 01
In regards to the BOV most will use 1 on the intake pipe between the IC and the MAF housing. If you use 2 you can mount them on each pipe going into the greddy IC.
The Greddy comes with stock wastegate setting of 5.6 psi with the E-01 you can interface with the e-manage as a programmer, data-logger, and boost controller. With factory settings you most likely will not have to set up any maps or boost. But if you do go up in boost then you will need a new maps to supply the correct fuel.
In regards to "How much boost can a stock enging handle??" that depends on tuning. Some have gone up to 10 psi without any issues and some had issues with 6.0 psi. So be sure you know what you are doing or have someone that can tune be accessible.
Good luck
