Default HELP! boost HELP?--desperate!!!

ok...did anyone experience a boost leak issue when you first twin turboed your car (greddy kit)???

you've all prolly seen my posts in the past...well its still an issue..i'm running 2.6 pounds of boost on my greddy kit...now w/ a profec-e01--> no different (i was hoping the boost controller would install and could up my boost, end of story)

past threads discussed 5000ft altitude up here...some of you agreed that could lower the stock boost output from 5.6psi to around 3...some of you said that altitude will NOT affect the pre-set boost.

so... PLEASE..give me some feedback...i take my car to my tuner tomorrow to drop my car off so he can figure out what the hell is going on...i hope this is the last time (W/ YOUR HELP IT MAY BE!!!)

-------if anyone has ideas..places to inspect for boost leaks..setup procedures on the E-01 that maybe the tuner is missing... any original install mistake that they made keeping the boost at a pathetic 2.6pounds!!!

ok..thanks...i'm holding my breath starting NOW until someone gets back to me...

350zDcalb....please tell us you are taking it to a DIFFERENT tuner. That previous guy was an idiot...sorry....being honest. It's doubtful that guy could find the leak if it came up and bit him!

when I had a wastegate leak, there was a pronounced sound...you can definatelyi hear it when you idle/rev up the car.

I have driven my car numerous times in the moutains....believe me when I tell you that boost pressure will not deminish...it just gets to the peak point sooner...and with faster spool-up and less noticable lag.
