Default Which test pipes should I get?

Hey guys I need some help on deciding which test pipes to get. First I am getting the Greddy Evo2 exhaust and I have decided to might as well get test pipes to improve my HP gaining. I am not worried about smog issues just wanting more power is key. Well first off, will the test pipes throw my check engine light on or not? And which sounds better and has better gains? I dont want a raspy sound.

I'll recommend the Kinetix resonated test pipes. They do not have the rasp alot of people have reported with non-resonated pipes. Plus, I really like the sound of them.

i have the labree motorsport test pipes w/ resonators. They're fairly expensive but quality is good. Be careful though if your car is lowered, if you hit something hard, a weld might crack. This happened to my drivers side test pipe and now i have a leak. Other than that, the sound is great, small increase in power.

I was leaning towards Helix cause it is cheaper and it looks nice. How about a custom made test pipe? Would you think it will get high gains like the ones you buy?
