Stillen SC

Hey guys
where can I get the Stillen SC with hood the cheapiest? I mean very cheap. I have $3,500 max to spend and would love to have the kit.

Well. I guess I wasn't very clear on this. I also need the Supercharger as well as the hood. So you;re saying that the cheapiest I can get the hood for is $400. Whare can I buy the SC and how much should I expect?
