Greddy TT and SES
Has any of you guys have your SES come on with the Greddy TT kit? Mine is on and the shop said that it is an O2 sensor that will just keep on staying on. Is this true? If so, is there any way to bypass it and trick it to stay off? He said he talked to Greddy and Greddy said that it will keep on staying on. Fill me in guys I need some help. Thanks in advance

Post the OBDII code. That will help. You can't fix a problem if you cannot pinpoint the problem in the first place.
And that simulator is emulates the o2 sensor output. Not the heater circuit which the ecu seems to worry about even more. I just built a sim from parts from radio shack, simulates the signal and the heater.

You should not have a SES light. Do you have a 03 or 04 Z?
Do you have Test pipes?
The 03's can run with test pipes and still not recieve a SES due to the O2 sensor. I been doing so for 8 months.

I have an 05 with a greddy tt. had the same exact code p0300. i just reset the ses with my obd 2 scanner and it hasn't come back on since. its been only 2 weeks though. But what I really want to do is disconnect my lower o2 sensors and put in my innovate afr gauge. I dont know if it will work though. does anyone know how to hook up an 02 simulator without wiring it in parallel with the actual sensor. I had to splice my other 02 simulator with my 02 sensor on my old car.

from what i understand, the ses will come on and put out an error code after it gets the same error reading after series of driving periods. In other words the random misfiring has been happening for a while. you might want to look into that. I had the same code. but before i reset the light i switched the spark plugs from my #3 cylinder. assuming the 3 in the code means cyl 3. So if another code is thrown like p0400 then I know that plug was bad. Then again i could be making a big deal out of nothing.

My ses just came back on today. I have to see if it's the same code. I'm thinking to going with the power fc to fine tune my motor. I think the reflash from techno square was good but the differences between Hawaii and the other states worry me. Like ambient temps, humidity, and altitude.

the P0300 is normal with most FI 350z. If you look up that code..you will see that it's ok to drive and wouldn't hurt your car. I drove my car like that for a while now. The only problem it cause is getting the car inspected. I have to sent my ecu to get it disable.
