You got the lines on the Boost control solenoid wrong. Check the instructions that came with the e-o1. You most likely have it configured for an internal wastegate. This would let the the pressure through the solenoid and to the top of the ex wastegates, causing your boost to go up. You just need to move one fitting on the solenoid to the other location. RTFM!

Are you flippin helpless? Look, this is right out of your installation maunal! Jeez.

Two things can cause this. A lack of boost to the side of the wastegates, this would raise boost because the wastegate would not have a signal and it would never open. It's like unplugging a lamp from the wall, it does not have any current so it's not gonna light up.

Or, Your getting an EXCESS of pressure to the TOP of the wastegate. This pressure will close the wategate and that's how the e-01 ups the boost. It lets pressure through the solenoid and that pressure closes the wastegate valve.

Trust me, they're right about the routing of your vacuum lines. We made the same mistake, ran 9psi for a sec, and reworked them . . .
