the 2004.5 ECU's are the real trouble makers.
I have an 2004 car, but early build, so I have the same ECU as the 03...easy to tune.
Apparnetly, the 2004.5 have a wideband O2 sensor, that really messes things up. Since its ULEV compliant, any minor changes to the A/F ratios will f things up.

My real concern is this.....if the light triggers again, and I have to lean up the mix to within the 12.5% of stock spec range, I am afraid that I might detonate. That would be a real bind with no apparent way out.
i will say that the best you could do is to remove the e-manage and get the aeromotive digital fmu is between 500 and 800 dollars i mean that how i am runnig on my car and the car doesn't complain at all...
