Is your car running? Have them check the coils...make sure they are firing.

I don't know if 11.5 but it will run run leaner than that pig stock the later kits came with.

It is hard to tell if you did the MAPS and timing harness at the same time so not sure which is the problem. Disconnect the ignition harness and see if it starts (I am not fakiliar with that tharness so not sure if it connects so that the stock signal works if unplugged)

Also, a stupid question, but did you export the MAPS to the emanage?

the maps are in the emanage... the car runs when i disconnect the harness anf reroute the original connection
checked the jumpers, updated the e-manage (version 1.36, i think), ignition map is in too...even though that shouldn't play a part...
the problem is no spark

Can you read the code? That might give you an idea.

If your tuner left the key on the "on" position for too long while making adjustments, he probably fried your coils. This has happened to several memebers before. The car must remain running, or just dont leave the key in the on position.

First of all, I thought those maps were just base maps (not to achieve 11.5 : 1 tuning) to reload so that you could circumvent the Greddy password and custom program while dynoing.

Second, during my install, we were at a point where it would run, but was missing two cylinders. Turns out it was a bad RPM adapter box. Greddy had to replace it. At the same time, we tried to program the emanage . . . but ended up wiping it clean You should have software 1.39 if I'm not mistaken . . . anyone remember the firmware number? Was it 1.14?

This thing happened to me.

First, I burned a few coils, then I changed them and the car still did not work so (I did the same thing) I toke the timing harness off and the car worked fine.

I changed the e-manage unit and conected the ign. harness and it was fine.

And like GQ said , don't leave the car on the "ON" position when the engine is off.

ok...if the car runs fine, that would indicate the coils are not fried...right??? don't scare me like this.... the CAR RUNS PERFECT W/OUT the harness hooked up

do you think it is a bad e-manage unit, how often do these things go bad???

Did you confirm your software version is 1.39 and firmware of 1.14 (not 100% sure if that's the most current number)?

That is strange. Are you sure you wired the ignition harness properly? Did you install the diodes? Are the diodes in properly? Diodes are unidirectional.

That map I posted is the stock greddy map, and will leave you with a sloppy tune. But that's what was in my emanage when they sent it to me. My kit was from the second round of kits.

Could someone else chime in here and tell him how to verify the software and firmware versions? I don't remember . . . and my car is outside in the cold weather

You can see it on the e-o1, but I can't remember exactly how to find it. Should be self explanitory.

Sounds to me like you just wired the timing harness wrong.
