Default Gates belt, where buy?

Can someone please tell me where I can find the 93inch Gates belt? My napa belt is fraying on the top (not the edges) and I need a new belt ASAP.

Thanks.

I think AutoZone has Gates belts. However, if you have a Checker in your area, I might suggest you try: Dayco "Poly Cog". The 93" stock number is 5060930. If too tight, you might want to move up toe 5060935. It is a excellent belt. I immediately go rid of the Goodyear and went NAPA. The Dayco belt is better than NAPA with the benefits of the Goodyear.

Aaron,

I got my Gates 93" at the following place in my neighborhood:
Nor-Lin Auto Parts
460 N Camp Mead Rd
Linthicum, MD 21090
Phone: 4107896220

I also have the stock Goodyear 93.5 belt you can have if you want it. The 93" belt is extremely hard to get on the 3.33" pulley. PM me and if you want my Goodyear belt.

Steve

I have been using this http://www.jiffyhitchsystems.com/ai/...omotiveint.pdf

for a long time as a belt ref. guide/part number guide.

I have always found that Goodyear (Gatoback) makes by far the best quality belts.

Gates belts absofukinlutly SUCK! Note worth the price you pay for belts that do nothing be squeal and slip just because they're blue. I had mine for not even a month before I had them replaced yesterday for Dayco Poly Cog from Pepboys. No more squeal.
I mean it. No amount of adjustment would fix the issue at all so either I just got a fualty set or Gates racing belts sucks the ballz.
