Hello,

I am thinking about getting a 2004 6MT coupe, but may be moving to an area that does not have a dealership within 75 miles.

Does anyone here have a similar situation, that makes warranty service inconvenient to a point of neglecting problems?

I called around and it seemed as though Nissan dealers are not able to do warranty work on Infinitis.

Ever the more reason to get something fixed. 75 mile drive, hmm what to do what to do?!! btw u wont have to many issues with it

 

I don't have a local dealer, until recently that ment 65 miles out. A new dealer that is 45 miles away just opened up. But, since the previous dealer did me right on warranty repairs (in spite of mods), I will continue to go to them. Only thing I don't bother driving all that way to do service wise are the oil change only services. For oil changes I simply go to my in town Nissan dealer and keep the receipt filed in a small portable file holder in the trunk (kinda hard to describe). I also call in advance and make SURE I will have a loaner to use cause I'll be darned if I'm going to spend all day sitting at the dealer.

 

OK, thanks guys. I do not think I want to do 150 miles round trip.

It is hard to overlook good 04 6MT deals.
