Default More Comfortable??

It is time for a new Car for me, and I’m a huge fan of the Z. Went to test drive one yesterday, and I was a bit uncomfortable. I’m a pretty big dude, 6’1” 240lbs, so I expected it to be a little uncomfortable, and it was but I loved everything else about the car. I was wondering if the G35’s interior is identical to the Z, or is it roomier and more comfortable. I could get the Z and just deal with it and get used to it (I did with my mustang and now to me it’s very comfortable), or I should I test drive a G and go from there? Opinions please… Thanks in advanced.

I am 6'2" and I have to put the seat tilted back as not to hit my head on the headliner. I also wear my baseball cap as not to mess up the headliner over time. I guess if I didn't have the moon roof I would have the extra room but I like my G just the way it is. The seats are designed to hold you in place so expect it to be a little tight. I have found that I don't get tired from just sitting after a little road trip.

I first was going to get a Z but after test driving a G I found it more to my liking.

I think some people found out a way to lower the seat.

I waited to get a G35 without the sunroof. I'm 6'3" and have plenty of clearance.

Thumbs down

I have the G and I am 6'3 230lbs. It took me a few months to get used to the seat. The power controls on the right side of the seat actually gave me bruises. The seats are my only complaint about my car. I love the car but wouldn't buy it again (unless they cahnge the seats).

That’s one of my complaints is the side buttons, I used to play Hockey and Soccer so my legs are pretty big. Changing the settings on the seat was more difficult than necessary; I guess I could get used to it.
