You can get the UNICHIP or either get your ECU reflashed by TECHNOSQUARE
if you just want to reset your ecu you can try the pedal method!

Make sure you get the ECU reflash after you are done with your bolt-ons. You don't want to get a reflash and then mod again, then you will need another reflash.

why? Does TS ask what mods you currently have and reflash it accordingly?
