The progressive front springs will lesson weight transfer, this will be felt in the form of more brake dive, greater body roll, and a overall feeling that the chassis has been numbed. Keep in mind that G35 specfic lowering springs are ment to work with the car's mild oem shock tuning with performance compromising progressive rates or lower then oem linear rates all in a effort to give the end user a decent ride quality, performance gain's will require springs with better specs like those that can only be found in 350Z application's.
lol yea i agree with ya. i didnt really read the original post carefully. it was just my preference, what i think is ideal for g35c. H has quite a bit of weight transfer (i think 30%~ish more than tein-S) but maintains the ride comfort and give you a drop that gets rid of the huge front gap. i think its quite safe and care-free way to drop, esp. bc you dont get tire feathering (camber issue seems to occur when you drop your car more than 1"...)

tein-S, from what i know, is more close to the 350z's, but ive heard many bad things about that springs...

i heard the yellow konis are very good too, but tokico D is as good, and much cheaper.

would you say the rear shocks on the g35c are the same as the ones on the 350z? I know that the springs are stiffer. I've heard talk about the 03/04 suspension being bouncy at times and I should look into the revised 05/06 that are softer ride. what is your take on the 03/04 suspension I just don't want to be bouncing around like I have cheap coilovers. I have driven an 04 Z and love the solid ride but did not hit many bumps. I do live in CT and don't have many rough roads. I just want it to sit in the curves/corners a little bit better than the G35c suspension.

I've got the Tein H techs for the Z on my car. It drops it about 3/4" all the way around. I had an alignment done a couple of days after the install and they got it a hair within factory specs. I like the feel, definently not as much roll and a little stiffer, like a stronger G. Check out my cardomain page for pics (url below).

I'm waiting for my Z springs and Dspecs and Stillen sways to arrive.
My goal is a slightly nicer looking stance, better handling and ability to tune the car for my performance and comfort preferences. I also do not want any alignment and tire feathering issues. Hopefully this will work.

i have a set of 2005 350Z springs i want to get rid of. this is the new suspension set up, not the tire feathering pre-04. i had these on my car for right at 5k miles, and no sign of feathering. pm me if interested.
