350z front springs with the coupes dspecs?
I've been running the 05 coupe springs with dspec shocks for a year or so now and love the ride and performance, but hate the gap difference between the front and rear. I bought the springs from an 06 Z to remedy the gap. Will the dspecs need to be replaced as well? I'm curious if the comrpession will bottom out the shocks. If so, is it possible to buy just the fronts? From whom?
No chance of bottoming out the D Specs! I have the same set up. on my coupe. The drop on the Z springs for the G coupe is actually quite small (0.5" in the front and almost nothing in the rear).
The coupe D specs are awesome with the 06 Z springs. I have them both set to 2 turns from full stiff and the car handles like it is on rails.
I recommend replacing the front bushings if you have a lot of miles since this will tighten the ride up.

I just bought the OEM ones off of one of the online stores. If you have an 05 with low miles I probably wouldn't worry about it as my installer said mine were fine after 30k miles. I figured I would just spend a few extra bucks to get all thr rubber replaced to keep things tight down the road.
