BMW 335 Coupe
I had to sell my G35 Coupe last January after I found out that I was being stationed in Germany. Unfortunately, Infiniti doesn't sell cars in Europe (although they keep saying they are going to start), so I'm kicking around the idea of the new BMW 335 Coupe. The new twin turbo engine makes 300 HP and 300 lb feet so it should be really strong. Thoughts / other ideas?
You'll like it, trust me.
The build quality on BMW's is top notch. Look into it's active steering option, I have heard nothing but good things about it. It changes your steering ratio according to speed, so during low speed driving, small twitches of the wheel turn the car a lot.
I heard someone say it makes the parking garage feel like an F1 course, haha

I drove the 330, damn it was nice.. just too much $$..
keep in mind anything you get in Germany has to stay there, because of federal emmission requirements and other safty requirements in the U.S...
it usually costs about $4500 or so to get the car converted to US Spec..
so you'll have to look into getting a US spec car there, which is hard to find..
Go with the Fiat Uno or something..
hehe.. Styling, and Speed like none other

Been looking at that one myself - looks like a winner to me esp now that the M3 6-cyl is going away to be replaced by a V-8.
Why BMW didn't use this engine in the new M3, possibly with more boost is beyond me...
Seriously, the 335 coupe is way above the 330 in my book, it should be great. Lots of possibilities to increase to insane hp, too.

Are you in the military? Can't go wrong with the MSP. You check the stars and stripes? I remember seeing atleast 2 bmw dealers that had an MSP. I looked at a brand new m3 just for ****s and giggles, it was priced at 42k base, with 0 miles straight from the factory.

btw the 335i recently got dyno'ed by some mag. and it got about 276/300 whp/wtq....yea it's underrated
there u go: http://www.automobilemag.com/feature...i_dynamometer/
too bad it's an aluminum block and the turbo's are pretty tiny....but a flash should still do wonders for it.

Superior Motorsports has one and another BMW dealer, I don't have a stars and stripes newspaper on me, but they advertise there.
