I sold my Z as well but for other reasons. I am as of today the proud new mommy of a Black Obsidian G35 coupe 6mt. I get her in the morning. BTW already named my girl Sophia. Will introduce her to ya'll with loads of pic's.

Sheesh, would someone please include a dictionary/lexicon for "modern youth" slang terminology for those of us over 35? "Baller,"???

Someone call Barbara Billingsley, she speaks jive (warning, pop culture joke from movie of 20 years ago--Airplane).

Sick, kewl, word, etc.--I'm lost. And I don't date back to the "groovy" generation, either. Come to think of it, though, I didn't even like most of my own generation's slang--sweet, plush, etc. Oh, well, sorry for threadjacking. Elderly rant concluded.

This just in from the late reporting precincts, guys: Most people w/Gs prefer Gs to Zs, and most people who bought Zs prefer Zs to Gs. Duh! The thread was about folks who had one car and then traded for the other, not whether or not you'd hypothethically rather have one than the other. There've only been about 2 gazillion "Z vs. G" threads.

So true. I get tired of that stuff too.

To each their own... but some people just try too much on imposing their own opinion on someone else.

By the way, love the new sedan!

I purchased my 04 G35 Coupe approximately 3 1/2 years ago when it was red hot and the dealers wouldn't budge off of MSRP. Now, after 20,000 miles I'm seriously considering the new sedan as a replacement. My reasons are not for the extra 2 doors but for the ability to finally rotate tires, get away from the tire roar, and get more than 10,000 miles out of them. In addition, the sedan is relatively free of the symphony of rattles I have in my Coupe. I'm somewhat hesitant due to having to give up the gorgeous lines of the Coupe. If I don't decide soon, I will keep my eye on the TSBs, and probably wait for the 08s.
