Default 6spd transmission

I have noticed that when I switch my gears usually to second it is a little harder to get it in to gear. Not too hard though. But if slowly put it in gear with the clutch all the way down it will sometimes grind mid way going into gear. This only happens sometimes and im confused as to why it would happen. My clutch is not worn out. Today I slowly put it into 3rd and mid way there it grinded a little bit and my clutch was to the floor. Whats going on here? How can I check the transmission fluid or oil? Thanks!

everyone knows this they just don't answer because this has been asked 1 million times and is a common problem for the Z.

your synchro's are gone. If the car is under warranty, take it in and get a #009 transmission (the latest revision). If its not under warranty i hope you have a lot of $ for replacement.

Its under warranty but do you think that they would try to void it because the wear and tear thing? Also sorry for asking this, I just got the car 2 weeks ago and its my first stick shift.

Its also a G not a Z :-)

i went to the dealership today and he pressed on my clutch and said its worn out hahaha, these people are crazy, my clutch doesn't slip at all or anything. He said the clutch catches at the end and its stiff. Said it would cost me 2,000 dollars for a new one. I think they are crazy.

He also said he never heard of G35's having tanny problems.

Try spelling "bump" like this: S-E-A-R-C-H
