SPC A-arm breaks???

SPC A-arm breaks???
I had my spc front cambers on for about a year now and just the other day when driving over train tracks (not fast) it popped out of the socket (steering pivot arm?) i think thats what it is... Im not sure if the guy who installed it put it in wrong or if spc supplied too small a nut....does anyone know why this happened?
