Hey man, it might not be to your liking, but we really don't need all the negative comments. Everyone has the right to do what they like with their car, not everyone is into performance mods (and the heartache they can cause your wallet). Some people like making their rides distinctive, that's their choice.

You have made your opinion known, that's fine. Let other people do as they choose without taking so much negative criticism.

i'd say that no one on either side was owned in any way. Both sides have good points. While it is rice to just add useless asthetics or whatever to make the car "look" fast, mean, jdm-ish, or whatever it is....imo, it is not rice if it is in good taste and flows with the car theme and is CLEAN.

ppl dont make cf roofs for our cars like they do for the s2k, so...i guess this will have to make due. If you can pull off the look in a tasteful way, thats the key word, tasteful...then cool.

But on the other hand, i do see it as a ricer kind of thing when you actually spend 500 bucks on something thats serves no other function that to look good on the roof. i paid 70 bucks for my roof overlay, but it didn't turn out nice since it was my first time doing somthing like that. That could be considered rice, but i went for the blk luxury roof car look. To all their own, if you can pull it off, then DO IT.

 

i dun think it's ricey, but i wouldn't do it..

looks good on the M3 though..
