Im not playing the rich guy role, but this tread took a turn for a stupid reason, kinda speaks of SOME of the people on here. If you dont like the thread then there is no need to reply. These forums are here to discuss our cars and to help people out.

How are you paying for the car? you listed "payments" in one of the post.
If you're taking out a loan for the car, you should get the 07 since you'll get more money on the loan, there's no way in hell you'll pull a 30K loan on an 05 G unless the bluebook is still in that area. however, if you have 10-15K to put down, it wont matter either way.
as I said in the PM, good tune and good built (motor wise) really is what it comes down to both cars came from legit shops and should have good tunes, however.. which car has the better tune/build? there's really no way to tell. Anytime you're buying anything with different internal parts, you're always taking a chance, will it last 1K, 5K, 10K miles? who knows. built motor cars can blow up after only a few K miles, again all in the build. Check out some of the post by Alberto I believe hes on his 2nd or 3rd built motor, however, it seems everything is 100% now and he "should" be good to go.
Check out intense performance's G35 powerlab car. it might you think twice about going twins.

That's the same turbo kit I'm running on my Z but I believe with the GT37R turbo.
If it was me. I'd buy a used stock G35 and a powerlab GT35R kit, exhaust, boost controller and gauges, take them all to Function Tuned (up near you) and let dave put it together for you, try 400WHP out, if you want more, get the motor built.
There's no better way to do it then to know everything is done right by getting it done yourself, no doubt more $$$, but hell, I'd sleep a lot better at night knowing what was done and what problems did come up and how they were handled.

This thread is to remind me that you might be able to work on Linhs car since I dont feel like it.
Her car (97-98ish? 2 door accord) has been making CLICK CLICK CLICK whenever you're making a sharp turn, guessing the cv joints are shot?
would you trust any of your employees to change those and if so, how much? or should I forward this to dave (ft) since I'm too lazy to do it.

Are you speaking about Alberto that use to be with PF in Orlando, Jeremy's friend?
I already had a 400whp G35 (ATI Procharger 9psi) so if I get another one I would like something more and I just sold a 434whp M3 two weeks ago.
As fair as the loan goes, I will be putting down $10K and already have a loan check up to $25,000.
Thanks for all the info, I decided Im going with the 07.
You guys are pretty good at messing with people, Im sure some peps would get made, but I thought it was pretty funny....
