You have blown your stock shocks by installing lowering springs. They wear out prematurely when you install lowering springs. Time for some coilovers! Or replace your shocks with something aftermarket that is meant to be run with lowering springs.

ya ..+1 you can't install lowering springs with a different rate as stock because they were designed to work with the stock shocks... you need to match them.. or just get coilovers.. :P

Default You need....Shocks!

When your shocks wear out you can tell it instantly, one day everything feels
normal and the next day you're all over the road bouncing like crazy. I put
KYB's on my last Z but today you have lots of choices!

I'm guessing your shocks/struts are not 7mos. old, but original parts. Get Tokico D-Specs.

A cheaper option to the D-spec if you don't need adjustability but looking for a little stiffer and no more bouncing is the Tociko HP Blue.

What's the point? It's basically just an oem replacement.

Except 30% stiffer and can handle lowering springs.
