Sorry about the newb question... But does the wheels interchange without an issue??

coupe yes, sedan, offset can be too high

Answer is yes, except for the G sedan.

Thanks guys! I just got an ok from the wife that I could pick up a G35 Coupe (not the 4 door). I was looking at the thread about the Rota wheels and wanted to see if those will fit. SVN 18x9 and 18x10 +20s

You phrase the question as though there is one wheel for the 350Z. There isn’t. There are several.

Please don't get Rota wheels. Why not save some money or even look for a used set of nice wheels instead? We have a good classified section here, i'm sure you can get a used set of good wheels for cheap. Hit up some local meets and see if someone is selling wheels as well. Good luck.
