Default Looking at a 05 G35

Hello all, I am looking at a 05 G35 base model and was wondering if the tire feathering is an issue on this year/model? Is there anything else on this car besides the obvious used car common sense to look for? It is a one owner lot car with 59k, auto, for about $16,300.
thanx

I thought it was at first but that was due to my tire installer putting my directional tires on in the wrong direction.

Now after 60K miles I've got no issues with feathering.

thanks, sounds good. Were the oil consumption problems with other models? What year is yours?

mine is an '05. no oil consumption issue with mine but others have had problems (I think most notably the '06 models but I'm uncertain)

I just put a deposit on an 05 sedan, with all options but nav, wood grain, and parking sensor. 59K miles. Got him down to $13500. Already looking at parts/mods. It needs rear tires and the keyless smart key reprogrammed.

I want a small lip trunk spoiler, clear corners, aluminum z pedals, and tint. I still have my stock Z springs, should look nice.

As far as what to look for there is not much beyond the obvious signs of abuse and/or wrecks. They are pretty solid cars.
